Submission must include a copy or original dated, paid, itemized receipt and invoice for the purchase of four (4) new qualifying Continental tires from a participating retail dealer and a completed rebate form. For online purchases, an original dated, itemized proof of installation must also be submitted.

Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate, or promotion. Tires must be purchased in a single transaction. Rebate form must be postmarked or submitted online by 09/30/2026.

Offer not valid on purchases by wholesalers, dealers, fleets, OEM customers, or other commercial entities, or on returned merchandise. Requests from those with an invalid or undeliverable mailing address will be denied.

Limit two (2) Continental Tire Prepaid Mastercard® cards per person, household, email, or address. The Prepaid Mastercard® is given to you as a reward, refund, rebate, and no money has been paid by you for the card.

The Card/Virtual Card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated.

No cash access or recurring payments. The card can be used wherever Debit Mastercard® is accepted. The Virtual Card can be used online, for phone/mail orders, or in stores that accept mobile wallets.

The Card/Virtual Card is valid for up to six (6) months. Unused funds will be forfeited after the expiration date. Terms and conditions apply. Continental is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, or postage-due mail, or for inability to connect to the website.

Any taxes, fees, or costs, including but not limited to installation, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please allow 8–12 weeks for fulfillment.
