Return Policy
All return items must be returned within 60 DAYS, from date of purchase, in new unused condition with original manufacturer labels and packaging. Tires and Wheels must not be mounted. YOU MOUNT THEM, YOU OWN THEM! An RMA authorization is necessary to complete any return. We will provide pickup labels. All returned shipments will incur freight charges to and from and will be deducted from your refunded amount. Credits will be issued upon receipt of items returned to our warehouse for inspection within 2 business days.
ALL DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Orders are charged freight both ways on refused or unclaimed shipments. If a cancellation is requested mid shipment, a $25.00 intercept fee will be applied.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. - Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)

WHEEL PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
- Before returning wheels, please call BestWheelsOnline’s Customer Service at 877-745-7662 option 2 for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)*
- NOTE: You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to complete your return.
Use the following image to help pack your return.
- Do not return any lug/nuts/bolts in a box containing a wheel.
- Secure center cap on wheel or in a separate package, tape securely.
- Place foam sheet over face of wheel to protect wheel from cardboard chafing.
- Wheel must be double-boxed (2 boxes), secured and well-protected. Any Styrofoam packing received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.
- If two wheels are in one box, place good, protective cardboard between wheels.
- Remove any staples that could scratch the wheel.
- Boxes must be undamaged and flaps should be secured.
- Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from BestWheelsOnline’s Customer Service department. Write the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the outside of outer box. Attach clearly addressed shipping labels and/or shipper call tag(s) to each package.
- Place a copy of the RMA (Return Authorization Number) in box.
- Insure package with shipper.
